I want to lose weight, but i don;t want to lose the weight around my hips.and i'm starting affluent to gym this week? any ideas? on wat i should do!


I find that drinking the highest helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn't so much the water but the lack of sugar that's in drinks that does it.
I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very substantial for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.

I Want To Lose Weight But How Much Is Healthy In This Time Frame?

From now to April 30th.

Acme: 5'9
Current Weight: 175-180lbs
Female, large body frame.
Age: 19

I am not expecting to lose the full 30lbs I want to lose in this age frame. I just want to know what would be healthy to expect in this time frame.

It is doctor recommended to loose 2 pounds a week, and its about 4 weeks until April 30th. So, doing the math it'd be sturdy to loose 8 pounds,
