How Many Miles Should I Walk To Lose Weight?

I objective bought a pedometer so i know how many miles/steps i walk. Im on a healthy diet I cut back on my calories. How many miles should I walk(I chilly walk) to lose weight? 4-5? Does it matter if i walk 2.5 in the afternoon and 2.5 in the evening? Its so hot and i cant walk the whole 5 miles at

How many miles should I walk to lose weight? I identify it's recommended 45 minutes just about everyday to lose weight. But can you recommend how many miles?

I'm starting out walking and in due course will build up to running.


it doesn't worry how many miles you run...just as long as you KEEP RUNNING. Jogging/Walking for 45 minutes shipshape is great for cardio.

walking can't lose you weight, that only keeps you trim with 20 minutes per day, proper diet and exercises are better ideas

do you have to alacrity walk to burn calories and lose weight im 155 lbs and 4'11? i can get through 45 min of tae bo so i was wondering if walking would even service perquisites me?


Not too certain how fast you have to walk to lose weight, but the faster and more vigurous you walk, the more calories you will lose than if you just walked slower for a longer time of time.
