What Is A Good Weight Lose Workout Routine To Do At The Gym?

I have been growing to the gym for about 2 weeks now. I normally just get on the tread mill for 20-40 minutes. I may jog for a few minutes here and there. (I am not a very right runner.) What is a good workout routine to do if I want to loose a lot of weight? Should I be doing weights as well? I am stripe


i like current between cardio and weightlifting.. ill do cardio for twenty minutes, lift weights, and then come back to cardio for another 20-30 minutes, or until i perceive satisfied

I dont like having big husky legs or really anything muscular...and im really athletic. Is it better to workout to lose weight, or just not workout at all and eat very short? I really want to lose about 5 lbs and I'm afraid of muscle gain... which is a better and faster way to lose weight?


It takes a desire time, and a lot of hard work to gain muscle. Go work out, you can always make it cardio as opposed to of resistance training... besides muscle burns 50x more calories than fat!

Muscle is also much leaner than fat, takes up about 1/4 of the room for the same size.

How Can I Workout & Lose Weight Yet Still Maintain Energy Through Out The Day?

Whenever I workout at the gym on the elliptical appliance for 20-30 minutes plus the stationary bike for 20-30 minutes, I get so irritated that I need to take a nap in the afternoon & feel lethargic for a few days after I workout. How can I not overeat & still keep my energy through the day.


The excellent thing to do is to keep your body fulled throughout the day. To do this eat or drink foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates. Then after your workout take in more protein and carbohydrates within 2 hours to refill your dynamism supply.
