I have rosecea and my fleece burns as it is, so I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible (something people with rosecea are supposed to do anyway). Can I still lose weight and get decent apply if I walk at night?
you should try and do it pioneer in the morning when the sun isn't quite up yet, as exercising first thing in the morning will raise your metablism for the day!

Indubitably. Walking is the perfect exercise. If you change nothing with your diet, you will definately lose weight by walking. But, one or two miles is good, 3-4 miles is definately superiority. Do two 2 mile laps at different times of the day. YOu'll drop weight quickly.
