hey im 16 years old, 6'3, 240lb and i surely really need to lose weight.I have a membership for the gym. do you have any tips on what should i be doing in the gym like treadmill, bike, and for how covet. I have been stressed out in the recent 4 months with school. The tests and grades are really stressing me out wich has led me to guzzle. I have put on 10lbs and really want to lose them.
