I Eat As Healthy As Possible, But Want To Lose Weight. What Foods Should I Avoid To Achieve This?

I've cursed 35 lbs already, but would like to lose more weight. I eat as healthy as possible. I hate to exercise. What foods should I avoid in shipshape to lose 10 more lbs.? Thanks for your answers!


Specifically avoid foods that I call dense foods - ones that have a high number of calories in a small amount of bread. These are mostly foods that are high in sugar or fat.
