What Is A Good Way To Lose Weight Without Excercise?

I certain that excercise is essential if you want a fit body but I just can't excercise regularly because of my conflicting and crazy outline! Seriously, I tried excercising regularly before but it didn't really fit into my schedule. Its uncompromising for me to allot some excercise time.
Eat unconventional veggies and fruits.
Cut off junk food completely.
Drink a lot of water.
And red-hot a very active life eg. do stuff like taking the stairs instead of the pinch etc.

I cannot excercise because I had spicula surgery, so its harder for me to lose weight, and I really want to. Tell me some specific foods to eat, if practicable, and I hate fish, so Im not going to eat that. And I m going into 7th grade, if that helps. Thanks and please no unrefined comments.

For the whilom few years i've been lazy, I'll admit it. Now I wanna start taking better grief of myself. I think of so many things I should change like
developing normal sleeping patterns
eating advantage and eating regular meals
drinking water
getting a lot more exercise
Pay yourself. or outline a wonderful vacation as a reward for doing good for yourself.
talk to a supportive room-mate who can help you do these things when you dont feel like doing them.
take baby steps, dont look forward it all to happen overnight. do a little at a time.

I decipher that changing your diet is way more important to lose weight than excercise alone. It said that excercise helps a little , but usually it is changing your diet (eating low calorie food) that will be what really helps you. Anybody separate if this is true?
Changing your nutriment is number one on the road to weight loss but if you are carrying extra weight then exercise will definately domestics you burn it off quicker. A balance between the two would be the best way. Beware of fad diets though as many are dangerous and most consequence in what is known
