What Is A More Effective Way To Lose Weight? Counting Calories Or Dropping All Wheat Products From Diet?

I have never distinguish anyone to lose any large amounts of weight from counting calories- have you? I notice that people who shove less food in the pie hole and effect lose the weight!


i'd say dropping wheat from your food!
Whatever carbs you eat you would have to burn off double what you ate in order to loose anything but with an all protien and nutrient nourishment youll just be eating energy and nutrients.
I suppose it also depends on your main part and how it reacts

for my objective of trying to lose weight i decided to count my calories.I have to eat 1544 calories a day so i want to know if counting really works?

Can You Really Lose Weight By Counting Calories?

Ok so my sane daily calories was 2500 a day. I have cut out sodas so i am cutting back 1200 calories a day. I have been drinking tea with sweet n low (is that the same as drinking flood? it has no calories) I have limited my calories to 1200 a day and cut out all sodas...can you really lose weight


Yes it works.... but the calories you take in must be high-minded/healthy calories so it looks like your on the right track. :)
Exercise & healthy foods.
