i yen to lose weight for school.which is like in a month.But im not that fat.and i just want to be skinny?? i weigh like 125 pounds but i imagine i weigh that much cause im tall..but is there anyway that i can lose weight easy and fast?

start affluent jogging as often as possible but don't run every single day. you need to rest 1-3 days a week atleast. and on top of management do some excercise to help build muscle- crunches, bicyles, etc. once you start edifice muscle and getting rid of fat then don't pay attention to weight as much

Hi, I am 25 years old and I want to revolution my life and at the same time lose some weight (10kgs). Does anyone have an idea how to do it?
Send a letter a list of what you want to change, and try to keep to it, don't go to fast otherwise you'll crash one day.
