I Want To Lose Weight, But I Don;t Want To Lose The Weight Around My Hips?

I want to lose weight, but i don;t want to lose the weight around my hips.and i'm starting wealthy to gym this week? any ideas? on wat i should do!


I find that drinking not make sense helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn't so much the water but the lack of sugar that's in drinks that does it.
I also down tools whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.
