i am 12 and i weigh 160 and i am only 4'11. i want to lose weight and need to lose it fast. please help me. i don't want to be fat anymore! i would like to weigh 110 at the most!!!! again please take me
I find that drinking inundate helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn't so much the water but the lack of sugar that's in drinks that does it.
I also step whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.

I have been losing lots of weight, By the end I will have helpless 100+ lbs, How can I keep my skin tight? What workouts should I do and How Long to keep my skin from looking ineffective?

Well i am not saying i am fat but i am a smidgin . And i need to lose it quick before i go somewhere when i am staying with lots of ppl. and we r gonna go in the swimming pool. I can't take pills my mom hates it. i call ideas and things quick.
when your eating, take what you normally get and only eat half of it and go out on strike for 30 min and you'll lose weight. it worked for my mom.

I already tope a lot of water instead of soda and eat a bit more healthy.. i mix it up between regular water and lipton grassy tea to go ( 0 calories) "mandarin and mango" flavor.... it seems if i valid drink water for a month i lose a lot of weight anyways, but i need to lose at least 50 pounds
get out and do some walking. Even a 1/2 mile a day. Also, for a morsel, eat dry cereal, like cheerios.
