I'm 6'3 205 pounds and I pace on the treadmill 4 days a week for 1 hour a day. I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds. How many calories should I eat to lose one beat a week? Once I lose the weight, how many calories can I eat to maintain that weight?
You lack to be at about 1,900 calories if you are a female and around 2,100 for a male. Absolutely NO more than that. You will lose the 20 that you need and then procrastinate out around 180. To lose more after that you can increase your workouts to every day..or cut back another 100 calories per day.

First, I'm assuming that when you say you want to "lose weight" you actually mean you poverty to lose body fat. Weight is generally a bad gauge of body composition -- there are very lean women who weigh 130
