Okay, so I'm a 14 year old gal. I haven't weighed myself in a while and last time I checked I weighed 170 pounds. I have a 38" waistline and I indeed wanna be as fit as possible for summer. What should I do to lose weight? Espicially for my stomach cause it's just absolutely big and it's been like

I am 17 years old tiresome to lose weight a little faster what can I do? (Be nice with me here...) I currently weigh 215 pounds. I've been eating a lot of fit things and I also have been exercising a lot. I'm trying to lose weight before summer. What can I do to lose most of this weight faster?

I was Recently in a motorcycle blunder where i broke my femur and a few ribs. My injuries put me into a coma for about 3 weeks. I lost alot of weight while in that coma but now have gained it back and then some. I am now troublesome to lose weight to get back to the shape i was in before my accident

All of my friends have legs that are definitely skinny and theighs, and i feel like a freak because my legs are fat and theighs. my most skilfully friend is coming march 28 and i want to lose some weight by then. what do i do?
Why not moral do some walking every day, giving up on all drinks but water
and sticking to vegetables, salad and some fruits?
Also eat raw overeat like celery, cucumbers, carrots etc. it is as simple as this.
