Ok so i am 14 and i extremity to lose some weight...and since its cold outside and i dont have a lot of time to do exercises all that much...I need to try to lose up to 50 Nautical starboard properly now but i want to lose more than that and fast. help!

To lose weight you upright need to burn more than you eat, it is as simple as that.
