Is It Healthy To Lose Weight By Not Eating?

I've noticed that since I haven't honestly eaten anything but one meal in these past two days; I've lost some of my belly fat. I weigh about 125 and would like to be at 115. I'm 5'4" -- is it healthy to eat humble portions or 1 meal a day in order to lose weight?

Okay so I'm a 17 year old guy and i exceedingly eat really horrible foods. I eat fast food at least 4-5 times a week, and i eat cast aside food at home.
