I would like to lose weight and tone colour up. It doesn't matter how tall I am or how much I weigh, my BMI is in the healthy zone but I can still lose 10-15 lbs and still be in the salutary zone.

no way. scrap foods are too fattening, you should cut them totally out of your diet. they are so unhealthy and addicting. so if you really wish to lose weight you should make sacrifices. no pain no gain.
