no way. discard foods are too fattening, you should cut them totally out of your diet. they are so unhealthy and addicting. so if you really need to lose weight you should make sacrifices. no pain no gain.

can you eat whatever you prerequisite (for example: spaghetti,pizza,tacos) but in a really small portion to lose weight?? i dont remember what to eat thats heathy:( my mom made pasta with alfredo sauce and broccoli but i think its not wholesome cuz of the white pasta and the sauce. is it healthy? i need


Losing weight isn't about stopping eating, but doing more try (and burning more calories) than the ones you consume.

Pizzas, potato fries, and so on are not recommended because they have a lot of saturated fat that is unavoidable to get rid of (and is bad for your health).
