what is the fastest way to lose fat weight, im not interested in whether or not it is in the pink i just want to know the fastest way to lose about 20 lbs of fat
please be specific (not just names of diets because all in fashion diets are healthy and wil not produce the quick results) once it gets

If you belong to a local gym. Try taking some SPIN or kickboxing classes. They smoulder lots of calories. Also do some weights to balance the cardio workout. If you don't belong to a gym try riding a bike outdoors.
