I am infuriating hard to lose those last ten pounds and I just stick with losts of cardio mostly all the time. I eat healthy and I only feel that if i do weight training that it will put some weight on since muscle weighs more. I dont want to gain any!!!! Any suggestions, counsel etc would be greatly

I've heard that when you run slower you throw more fat. So does this mean that when you are trying to lose weight you should do slower cardio rather than fast? If you do fast cardio will you not lose weight? How fast should you go? If someone could expound this to me it would be very helpful. Thanks!
continual slower does not burn more fat..the faster and the more intense your excises is, the more calories and fat you will fritter away...exercise hard..make sure you get tired, sore and sweat a lot..it helps best. =]

Yes. You can still lose fat only just by lowering your calories and doing basic weight lifting. Cardio helps, but doing impartial weight lifting will do the job too.
Workout every other day, and just lower your calories...
