I after to lose weight and I lowered my calorie consumption to 1200 per day, I will workout on my treadmil but, how long should I workout and at what stride in order to burn calories/lose weight?

Ok, I want to lose over 100lbs. I was recently diagnosed with a severe thyroid condition and I am now on medication for that. I also take a medication called topamax that left-hand me without an appetite. I thought this would be a good thing but it has turned out to be the opposite.
