I'm 5'10 and weigh 160 and have a bit of a tummy. Depending on my zenith and weight, how many calories should I eat a day lose weight? I'm desperately looking to lose weight... :(

So im 13 and I stand in want to lose about 32 pounds. I am planning to eat 600 calories a day. Like in the morning cereal lunch whole wheat ham sandwich dinner salad. I recognize It is not much, but will I lose weight or gain weight please help!!
