I turned to into a vegan because i don't have in mind its right to kill animals for our own need but anyways i would like to know what is a well balanced diet for a 13 year old female. I hope to get good information thanks in advanced

I go between extremes. For a week or two I eat fine fettle. Then for a week or two I eat tons of junk.. When I get tired of the junk I go back to eating healthy.
