I am an Indian and a vegetarian (no eggs). I am starting to see some muscle dimension develop, notable on my biceps but perhaps, my diet isnt good enough for all the workout I do.

While most people gain weight when they go to college, I'm hardly ashamed of eating in public so I'm hoping it will be a great opportunity to lose cross.
