SWANK Diet? |

I have had MS for 7 years now and gather great things about the SWANK diet. I want to try it but I cannot afford to loose any weight. Has anyone out there had any experience with it?
I in the end cant tell you much other than my friend has used it and likes it. I would suggest going on the MS message boards and posting this subject there I am sure you will get a lot more positive and informative information. Best of luck to you!

It's a close diet for Multiple Sclerosis....not Hillary Swank or boxing. Its an actual specific diet for an disease.
Something to do with boxing....yes?

I am no longer on an injection treatment (I was captivating Copaxone for awhile) and am instead treating my Multiple Sclerosis naturally. I have changed my diet and lifestyle according to what is suggested through divers books such as Reversing Multiple Sclerosis by Celeste Pepe and The Multiple Sclerosis
