If You Are Using The Paleo/caveman Diet, What Do You Eat For Breakfast?

I inadequacy to take breakfast to work, and this is the most difficult meal to convert to the Paleo diet, it's especially hard to give up muffins, bagels, and heroine!

everyone has a abundant philosophy. i prefer a diet of whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, and little or no heart. i feel the best eating like this. almost everyone will agree that refined grains are not that movables for you.
