I am worrisome to find information about the paleo diet, I'm looking for a generalized list of foods that are allowed and those that are not allowed. I'm also wondering how "iron-fisted" you have to be when following the diet for it to work, for instance, can I still use the paleo diet and

I am fatiguing to do the Paleo diet, but it's pretty hard. I'll go for a couple of days strict, then all of my cravings for sugar and starches separate rushing back, and I sabotage myself. I have been on the diet since Feb. I utilized to be a size 12 womens, and now fit into a size 7 in the Juniors department. If I eat something that isn't paleo, I feel revolted. I don't get the cravings because I listen to my body. If I want carbs, I eat more fruits and veggies. You will discern

I consequence 139 pounds 19% body fat and work out 3X week. Just started the Paleo diet and wondering how I can dividend weight/muscle without losing weight on this diet? How can I be in a net caloric gain on this diet?

As you be sure, the Paleo diet refers to a diet which our paleolithic ancestors had, consisting of lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and be prejudiced in favour of a rely on meat, when it was available. Most of our ancestors from tens of thousands of years ago were very lean on this style of diet.

I inadequacy to take breakfast to work, and this is the most difficult meal to convert to the Paleo diet, it's especially hard to give up muffins, bagels, and heroine!
