I bought the laws, and will be starting the diet really soon. It's the perfect time to start, now that it's summer and all and there no dogma :P
Anywhoo... doesn't anyone know any good places in Ontario or online where they bought the items needed garden immature/aloe vera crap etc.. lol
Be attentive with fad diets - especially when they incorporate a detox. They can be pretty rough on your system. And that's A LOT of wieght to forfeit in three weeks.
My advice would be to read the book and take some of the advice that you feel suits you but don't justified blindly follow
