How Much Weight Has Anyone Lost On A Lowcarb Diet?

How much and how eat one's heart out did it take? Was it easy or hard? And would you recommend the low carb diet?

/after day 7, about 1#/day. I loved the provisions but couldn't make it a life diet. Wt came back fast when i stopped.

BTW, lossed 2# a week valid from switching to diet soda/unsweetened tea. I drink alot of soda!

I Am Following A VERY Lowcarb Diet And Working Out 5 Days A Week (one Hour Cardio & Weights) What Can I Lose?
