I've been recently diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and want to be on low-glycemic diet but i'm not sure what that entails.
I have diabetes and have been told the same possession. Basically our bodies convert carbohydrates in food to glucose in our blood giving us dynamism. High GI foods convert to glucose very quickly causing the glucose in our blood to spike - Low GI be inclined to be less processed type foods eg wholegrain

everyone should be following a low GI diet. there is a aim correlation between the total glycemic load of the foods consumed in the diet with the level of body fat that a ourselves has. low GI diets will lead to a lean body while high GI diets lead to increased main part fat levels.
