I Have Been On A Low Carbohydrate Diet For A While. How Do I Get Back On Regular Diet?

I have been on a low carbohydrate diet for a while and had some awesome results. Now I need to know what is the safest way to get back on a regular carb diet. I am worried that I return fat in that transition.

I penury to go on a low carbohydrate diet does anyone have a good one or know where I can get information on it?

What Foods Can You Eat On A Low Carbohydrate Diet?

I am exceptionally interested in fruits and vegetables because I think that most fruit contains a lot of sugar and some vegetables are also elaborate in sugar. Can you recommend some that would be even low to medium in sugar?
