What Healthy Diet Plan (not Pills) Have You Had The Most Success With?

What diet plan have you had the most good with? Weight Watchers, The Biggest Loser diet, etc, plain old healthy eating in moderation, etc?

What worked the win out over for you, and why?


Diets don't effort they are to hard to stick to. IF you truly want to lose weight and keep it off for good there are a few things you have to do. Assign control, eat what a TRUE serving is!!!! Eat about six small meals instead of three humongous ones, Eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains.

My brothers uniting is in 3 weeks and i want to look good in my dress, but lately i have been gaining a lot of consequence. i need a healthy diet (or not even a diet) plan. i want to lose a few pounds for the dress, but not to go extreme.

Does Anybody Have A Healthy Diet And Exercise Plan?

I am a 20 year old Masculine, im 5'7" and i weigh 195 pounds, my ideal weight is 170 pounds although i am not fat all around my emotionally upset area is my abs and love handles, LOL, any healthy diet plan and exercise suggestions would be greatly appreciated.


i differentiate this is wrong but girlslife has a wonderful 8 week program for eating right and excersize

Can You Give Me A Healthy Diet/exercise Plan?

Hi, I'm 16, female, and rig over 60 kg (about 133 lb). I want to lose at least 8 kilos (about 17 lb) in 2-3 months. Can you give me a healthy diet plan, with disclose exercise, that will be effective? I don't have a lot of time for exercise as I am doing a ton of work in school.

find calorie/pertinence calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that calculate and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies
