I desire to loose 33 (15kg) pounds in 55 days (almost 8 weeks)
Dont try advise me thats unhealthy weight to loose in such litle time. but i think i can do it.
Im 14 years old. weigh almost 154 pounds (almost 70kg). but yearn for to weigh 121 pounds (55kg). I am almost 170cm which i believe

I've never made one but i'm line it a diet planner for a teen,where it says days food etc and thinks like tips how can i do this neatly or get a passable uk site?
Gentle, this is what I did.
4 servings of whole grains a day
4 servings of calcium
6 servings of fruit and vegetables
2 servings of protein
If you use low fat it comes out to about 1800 calories a day. If you covet the intake to be lower remove one

I heard there are Diet Planner sites that let you submit engage the foods YOU like, and then plan meals for you. Does anyone know of those sites?
I've heard that Jenny Craig has something like that, but I have not cast-off it myself.
The USDA has a website, www.mypyramid.gov, that you can enter your info for what you ate and what physical activity to do during the day. Then it will distinguish you how many calories you've consumed
