On A Diet, Need Recipe Ideas That Don't Need Too Many Ingredients?

I don't mentality a few ingredients but I don't wanna spend tons of $$ onfresh sprigs of this or that i need recipes that be lacking what one might have in her spice/herb cabinet. But I just started a diet and I'm getting bored with the recipes I have so was wondering if someone could give me some other
Shrimp Tacos
2 paltry corn tortillas
5 medium shrimp, halved
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
hoard & pepper
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (I buy it at the salad bar)
1 TBSP scallion
4 tsp low fat ranch dressing
I don't eat that in poor but im not perfect. i know i need diet and cardio for a six pack, but is diet really that important if i want harsh biceps?

She's on a doctor-ordered diet because of allergies where she can catchy much only eat fruits, vegetables, and eggs. She's sick of eggs and going stir loony so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for meals and stuff.
