I lack to do a diet, for 2 weeks, where I will drink 2 to 3 bottles of juice that contain the following:
Calories 130
Calories from fat 0
Amount Fat 0.5g 1%
Saturated Fat 0g 0%
Trans Fat 0%
Cholesteral 0%
Sodium 10mg
Potassium
its not ok to do for any amount of at all times.
you will lose water weight and muscle but NOT fat. also you will slow down your metabolism dramatically and end up having higher essentials fat percentage.

if it eat healthy, morning breakfast lunch and ignite dinner and do yoga will ilose weight?? Thnks

You can lose out weight if you eat healthy and do regular exercises - could be yoga (in my opinion rsults from yoga are not so clever, but it leads to weight loss), weight training and cardio.
About eating healthy - eat often and less, 5-6 young meals per day are better

It stats that you can consume up to 3 o 5 pounds easily every week without changing anything in your diet just put a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon in pee and boil it and split it into two cups drink one 30mins before breakfast and one 30 mins before bed and i would still trade out
That sounds weird, and doesnt sound healthy at all. You're 13, your metabolism is at its highest, you just need to splurge more time outside, hanging with your friends, playing sports, and less time on the computer, or watching tv. Repulse on some music and dance! Just have fun doing things and living
I am in a bit of a turbulence to lose a bit of weight, although I dont expect to lose too much right away, I inadequacy a good start into what I hope will be a healthy eating plan.
For the next 5 days, my diet will mainly consist of mess of green tea, eggs, celery and many more fruits
I have tried every diet and detox you can meditate on of and whatever weight I lost, I immediately gained!
I now follow the Zone Diet 6 days of the week with one day off where i let someone have myself to eat everything I've deprived myself of! (sometimes upto 4,000calories a day)!
