I have a refigerator a stove(no oven) and a microwave. I have no hint what i should get at the grocery store for healthy balanced meals. I've been told I need more fiber and Omega 3. I am all in of fast food and my body is paying for having too much of it. Any help, a list, meals, anything will inform

hello, i'm female 20 years old and equitably slim (around 48 kgs), even though i'm quite skinny I'm extremely unhealthy. I don't excersize at all and I'm addicted to jettison food. I would like to start excersizing as well as going on a healthier diet, can anyone reccomend what i should do to start??
i found that when i started excercising the healthy diet perfectly followed itself. cuz whenever i eat something now i think of how many calories it has in it and how long i'd have to excercise to burn it off.. so that puts me off foods that are anticyclone in cals and are junk! now i eat alot more fruit
