If I go on a low carb diet, will it diminish the amount of good bacteria in my gut?
Also, if I take probiotics, will they be able to be sustained in my gut on a low carb diet or will the probiotics be insufficient in providing benefits if I am on a low carb diet?

No, a "low carb" diet will not devastation the good bacteria in your gut unless you're eating way too much cheese. The probiotics would be a good suggestion too. Also, "low carb" diets are not a good idea. Better to eat lots of unrefined carbs like fruits and veggies for fiber. If

well im 18 and i was starting to get a gut, and what i did was run every day and 3 times a week workout your abs, run and leap any active sport will make that gut go away, soccer, basketball even handball. but sustained helps the most, well worked for me
