I ponder it costs about $300 a month but the food is all sent to the house so it must be either frozen or dried. Does it drop good?
Yes. I did NutraSystem a match up of years ago. I lost about 50 pounds in 4 months.
The food is NOT frozen. It's all canned or in the "astronaut' packages. Some of it requires mixing - pancakes, muffins, ice cream and such. I never tempered to those.

but she has very bad hips so she couldnt excersise.
if you added in excersise im confident you could lose a lot more
