I am a vegetarian. I do take tap, and sometimes eggs, although I ideally want to quit eating eggs too.
So given these constraints, what is the superior anti-depression diet for me!?

Does anyone have any firsthand schooling (for yourself or people you know closely) regarding helping depression issues through diet changes?
I have noticed that some foods do persuade mood, whether or depression or otherwise. I think regular consumption of brown rice may result in preferably sleep & a more relaxed mood. In summary this might be due to increased CNS serotonin due to L-tryptophan gratify, better sleep due to melatonin,

I've suffered with depression most my life-force and no combination of pills has ever really alleviated my depression. I've always wanted to become vegan for health and straightforward reasons and have decided to take the jump. Has anyone noticed an increased mood or more balanced hormones (less pms)
Since it's something you wanted to do for straightforward reasons, it will certainly make a difference. I didn't go vegan for ethical reasons but even I felt much punter morally after I made the switch.
