What is a creditable Low Cholesterol Diet? I'm a slim woman, but blood work my doctor showed my cholesteral uniform at 214, when the average level is 170. So, they suggested more exercise (which I get quite a bit of already) and a low cholesterol diet. Any suggestions for that?

I am following a low cholesterol diet and genuinely love avocadas, but my food list says I can't eat them. Are they really that bad for people with outrageous cholesterol? I don't mind giving up the meat and sugar, but not the avocados.
