I upstanding finished the book. It sounds great. You eat up to 2000 healthy calories/day and do 20 minutes of untiring strength training 3 times a week.

maybe i'm eating too many fruits??

Me and my still are on a gluten (wheat) free and dairy free diet. It has changed our life drastically. We only eat organic fruits, vegetables, and pith. He is 49, works out daily with cardio and lifts weights. We do take our correct mg for calcium continuation but I worry about enough carbs for him.
