Im sorta looking to shake off weight, slowly at my own pace.
Any good plans or ideas for diet and exercise?
If you do recommend something please amount to sure it something that You used and something that worked.

You can suffer defeat more body fat eating protein & fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight steadfast, eat all you want, but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter & half an avocado a day (for added potassium). Keep the calories spacy & the fat percentage

I've tried everything,and uprightly, i don't have time to count calories.How does a low-carb diet work? Has anyone tried it? Does anyone separate a list of low-carb foods to help me off to a good start?
