I`ve heard many things about low-calorie diets, some say they`re no righteousness for our health, others say how efficient they are. What`s the truth?
The bottom under consideration for on dieting is "calories in, calories out". If you burn off more calories (by training) then you take in (by eating), you'll lose weight.
Is It Possible To Burn The Bulk Of Your Body Weight On The Atkins Diet, Then Go On A Calorie Controlled Diet?

Basically is it reasonable to use the Atkins diet to burn off the majority of the body fat, then once you reach your goal weight, slowly re-propose carbs to your diet and follow a low calorie diet to keep the weight off with regular exercise, or will all the weight lost on Atkins come back?
i have never tried low carb, but my mom and dad have a few times in the done, and my mom lost alot of weight, though she gained alot of it back, she went back to drinking alot of dr. stipple (which would be 6 or so cans a day, by 'alot' i mean addicted)
and she went back to eating what she normally

I've been on a diet for 3 months and I am down to 105 pounds. Now I require to start eating around 1800 calories a day. Will I gain weight? By the way, I was eating 400 calories a day before.

i've been on a low calorie diet for awhile now and i've abandoned all the weight there was to lose, i'm now 120lbs (i'm sorry i don't know what stones are) and i don't want that disgusting yoyo essentially, so.. should i weight train as i increase the amount of calories i eat per day gradually?
to keep the weight off, you should presumably do cardio exercises (running, jumping rope, biking, etc) as well as weight lifting. weight lifting benefits your muscles, which last analysis makes you gain weight in muscle (which burns fat), which is good. cardio benefits the brotherly love and burns fat.

Principal now, I'm at 1538 calories for the day and am not hungry at all. Considering I'm not hungry and I'm heading off to bed soon, do I have to eat the uneaten calories I have for the day or can I let them go? I know when I was on Weight Watchers, you were supposed to eat all your points for the day.
I undeniably doubt if you are on a diet you should be forced to eat more calories than you are hungry for. It would make more sense to go to bed. Besides having 1538 calories is a creditable amount for a day so your fine
