Fair make small changes everyday to your diet by cutting out empty calorie snack foods like chips and cookies, etc. And starve oneself food. Like I fondness eating vegetables but eating the same recipe vegetables in a week or two is getting to be unwanting... so im wondering whats your vegetables foodstuffs recipe... something easy to make a few cooking will be nice but not to much cooking!
