Plz let me differentiate a good diet for a person that suffers from arhtritis and high blood pressure who is always carsick and cant walk. Do u have any diet or tips with things they have to do? Plz let me know as sson as possible.
I have sharp blood pressure (Hypertension) and acute osteoarthritis--both of which I am being treated for with medication and execute. Diet alone doesn't solve these problems.
Believe me, I have been getting an education. Seeing a doctor for both conditions is what needs to be done

No I have not tried this. However what I did, purchased a annals and everyday I wrote in it what I had for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Then my drugs and on a score of 1-10 how I felt, joints, tiredness, finishing and so on. Three months later, certain foods jumped off the page. Therefore I removed them

I have been diagnosed with palindromic arthritis after five years. I'm not honestly convinced of anything because it just doesn't make sense that a joint can hurt for six weeks and then the drag moves to another place. Is there any research going towards figuring this out?
