Q: I'm not fat, but I am 20 lbs over weight, and I have chunky pars, not m-oobs, but still chub, and I want it to get lost fast, cuz is really annoying me.
I have a slower metabolism, and I have been fat all of my memoirs. I am thirteen, and I want too lose it.

I'm troubled about my health. I'm very unhealthy and overweight. Its not so much what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my well-being is,and if I'm going to keep myself from getting it, I need to lose weight.

How fast can you lose weight without it being unhealthy?

Q: This winter disperse, I am planning on making a strong effort to lose weight. For all who are wondering, the break will be 6 weeks dream of.
Here is what I am planning to do:
-Eat a very reasonable diet.
-Take protein supplements.
-Drink lots of A-one.
-Ride my bike for an hour or two a day.
-Go to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and do some anaerobic make nervous to build lean muscle.
Would this be unhealthy? I have a feeling I will lose weight rather quickly, but a friend told me that losing weight fast is almost as destructive as being overweight in the first place. Is my plan unreasonable?
