I'm not fat, but I am 20 lbs over weight, and I have cumbersome pars, not m-oobs, but still chub, and I want it to get lost fast, cuz is really annoying me.<BR><BR>I have a slower metabolism, and I have been fat all of my sustenance. I am thirteen, and I want too lose it. <BR><BR>How can a buysy person that dosn't have alot of time for anything, lose weight fast?

I weigh 137 pounds and I very want to lose some weight, because I'm extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there's really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always swallow water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every Stygian. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? This winter take the plunge, I am planning on making a strong effort to lose weight. For all who are wondering, the break will be 6 weeks desire.
